PROJECT INFORMATION

IAC Commerce Center is a 1.3 million square foot brand new industrial development in the North Los Angeles region consisting of nine state-of-the-art buildings on 116 acres.  The buildings range in size from 93,735 square feet to 216,320 square feet, as well as the opportunity for build to suits up to 300,000 square feet.  With Phase 1 complete and fully occupied, Phase 2 is under construction with 146,120 square feet complete and ready for occupancy.  Two additional buildings (134,410 square feet and 155,680 square feet) are scheduled to be complete March 2020.  All three buildings are divisible in a variety of ways, down to approximately 40,000 and 50,000 square feet.
